Requirements:

·        Proficiency in English and Russian languages (advantage).

·        Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above).

·        Previous experience as an accountant in the hotel industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Monitoring and controlling cash payments by customers in all points of sale, preparation and submission of Daily Cash Report to the management

·        Daily checking and monitoring of room, food and beverage, laundry and other hotel revenues based on night audit report and verify the correct reflection of revenue in various sales systems (Fidelio, RKeeper), approve and make corrections if necessary

·        Track discounts, payments, different types of expenses related to guests and employees, check if the documentation is in order. Preparation and submission of required reports to management on a daily basis

·        Monitoring of all received invoices and control their payments based on aging.

·        Responsible for preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices to clients for services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

·        To ensure that daily bank and cash transactions are reflected in accounting system

·        To participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports

·        Performing other tasks assigned by the Cluster Finance Manager

·        Ability to work effectively as part of a finance team and collaborate with other departments.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

•       Developing a content plan: creating texts, defining categories, and shaping the visual style.

•       Managing and growing accounts on Instagram and TikTok.

•       Writing engaging and sales-driven posts, stories, and scripts for Reels.

•       Organizing and overseeing photo and video shoots.

•       Setting up, launching, and analyzing advertising campaigns.

•       Engaging with comments and direct messages, maintaining audience involvement.

Requirements:

·        At least 3 year of experience in SMM.

·        Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar programs.

·        Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Creativity and proactiveness.

·        Ability to handle negative feedback and resolve conflicts professionally.

·        Sent verified case studies from real projects  

·        Strong proficiency in Russian, English is considered an advantage.

• Müvafiq sahə üzrə ali təhsil
• Baş mühasib və ya aparıcı mühasib kimi minimum 3–5 il iş təcrübəsi
• Vergi Məcəlləsi və Əmək Məcəlləsi üzrə biliklər
• 1 C 8.3 proqramında sərbəst işləmək təcrübəsi
• Forma  2 sənədi ilə işləmək mütləqdir
• Tender sənədlərinin hazırlanması
• MS Excel üzrə yüksək səviyyədə bilik
• Analitik düşüncə və rəhbərlik bacarığı
• Yüksək məsuliyyətlilik və dəqiqlik
• F3,F7- sertifikatları arzuolunandır,Peşəkar Mühasib sertifikatı olması -mütləqdir.

• Bank əməliyyatlarına nəzarət
• Daxili maliyyə nəzarət sisteminin qurulması və təkmilləşdirilməsi
• Maliyyə risklərinin qiymətləndirilməsi və rəhbərliyə hesabatların təqdim edilməsi
