Responsibilities

  • ·        Monitoring and controlling cash payments by customers in all points of sale, preparation and submission of Daily Cash Report to the management. 

  • ·        Daily checking and monitoring of room, food and beverage, laundry and other hotel revenues based on night audit report and verify the correct reflection of revenue in various sales systems (Fidelio, RKeeper), approve and make corrections if necessary
  • ·        Track discounts, payments, different types of expenses related to guests and employees, check if the documentation is in order. Preparation and submission of required reports to management on a daily basis
  • ·        Monitoring of all received invoices and control their payments based on aging.

Must Have

  • ·        Proficiency in English and Russian languages (advantage).
  • ·        Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above).
  • ·        Previous experience as an accountant in the hotel industry is highly preferred.


Responsibilities

  •   Responsible for preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices to clients for services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
  •    To ensure that daily bank and cash transactions are reflected in accounting system
  •    To participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • ·        Performing other tasks assigned by the Cluster Finance Manager
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a finance team and collaborate with other departments.
