Responsibilities


  • ·       Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant;
  • ·       Manage, train, and motivate staff, including scheduling shifts;
  • ·       Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level;
  • ·       Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets;
  • ·       Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly;
  • ·       Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and new projects;
  • ·       Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Must Have

  • ·       Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • ·       Minimum 5–8 years of experience in upscale or luxury restaurant operations.
  • ·       At least 2–3 years in a managerial role within a fine dining or 5-star hotel environment.
  • ·       Pre-opening experience in high-end concepts is an advantage.
  • ·       Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and international hospitality practices.
  • ·       Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and fine dining protocols.
