HR Specialist

- Salary: 1000-1300 AZN.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out operations in the EMAS and ISB portals,
- Participation in the organization and implementation of performance management and employee evaluation systems
- Preparation of all types of HR orders,
- Verification, registration, and accounting of sick leaves,
- Preparing HR-related reports as requested by management and performing other HR-related tasks.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher (Human Resources or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Theoretical and practical knowladge of labor legislation
- Age 25-35
