Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage 
  Previous experience in financial reporting within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• F3 qualification is required, F7qualification is an advantage    
  
  
• Key Responsibilities:
•  
• ∙               Provide bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger
• ∙               Record vendor bills daily in accordance with the e-qaimə list
• ∙               Reconcile suppliers’ e-qaimə with handover notes
• ∙               Record bank transactions on a daily basis
• ∙               Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements
• ∙               Perform periodic intercompany balance reconciliations
• ∙               Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial budgets
• ∙               Ensure all financial figures are supported by proper documentation and approvals
• ∙               Prepare ad-hoc reports based on requests from senior team members
• ∙               Participate in inventory counts
• • Perform ad-hoc fieldwork as required
      Reports directly to the Cluster Manager
