Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency
in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
Previous experience in financial reporting within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred. - F3 qualification is required, F7qualification is
an advantage
- Key Responsibilities:
- ∙ Provide bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger
- ∙ Record vendor bills daily in accordance with the e-qaimə list
- ∙ Reconcile suppliers’ e-qaimə with handover notes
- ∙ Record bank transactions on a daily basis
- ∙ Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements
- ∙ Perform periodic intercompany balance reconciliations
- ∙ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial budgets
- ∙ Ensure all financial figures are supported by proper documentation and approvals
- ∙ Prepare ad-hoc reports based on requests from senior team members
- ∙ Participate in inventory counts
- Perform ad-hoc fieldwork as required
